Event Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Support planning and on-ground execution of Keka's marketing events — webinars, HR summits, partner meets, and city-level activations • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event logistics • Assist with pre-event marketing: emailers, social media posts, event landing pages, and promotional collateral • Track event registrations, attendance, and engagement metrics; compile post-event reports • Help manage event-day operations — setup, attendee experience, speaker coordination, and live coverage • Work with the content and design team to create event-specific assets and campaigns • Support post-event follow-ups: feedback collection, lead handoff to sales, and performance analysis • Monitor competitor and industry events to surface relevant insights and benchmarks What We're Looking For • Recent graduate • At least one prior internship or hands-on experience in events, marketing, or a related field • Genuine enthusiasm for marketing — someone who follows trends, thinks creatively, and takes initiative • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and basic social media platforms • Good written and verbal communication • Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship • Bonus: experience handling event registrations, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms
