The ideal candidate will have a background in business loan collections and/or sales in financial services, with strong interpersonal skills, local market knowledge, and a target-driven approach.
Responsibilities
Generate and convert MSME loan leads through field visits Explain loan products and eligibility to customers Collect and verify KYC and required documents Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships Basic
Requirements
Graduate (any stream) 2+years experience in field sales/financial services Good communication and negotiation skills Willingness to do field work Basic knowledge of loans/MSME preferred ##
