About the Role
ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads received from IndiaMART and other sources. Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients. Understand customer requirements and record relevant information. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team. Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
Send emails and WhatsApp messages to prospects when required. Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers. Update lead status in CRM or Excel sheets. Support the sales team in lead generation and customer engagement activities. RequirementsExcellent spoken and written English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident on phone calls and customer interactions. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Internet browsing. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and achieve daily calling targets. Preferred SkillsExperience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling will be an advantage. Familiarity with LinkedIn and business communication. Performance ExpectationsMinimum 6080 calls per day. Timely follow-up with assigned leads. Accurate maintenance of lead records. Consistent communication with prospects. ##
