Responsibilities

• Include: 1.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving backend technical issues for clients 2.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement solutions for system improvements 3.
• Monitor and maintain backend infrastructure to ensure optimal performance 4.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of backend applications 5.
• Provide technical support to internal staff and clients on backend systems 6.
• Assist in documenting backend processes and procedures for future reference 7.
