UIUX Engineer (Entry / Senior positions avail)

Job Details

Experience: gathering requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and research activities. Solid understanding of user research methodologies and hands-on experience conducting usability testing. Ability to communicate ideas effectively through storytelling, storyboards, mood boards, flowcharts, and presentation decks. Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to pixel-perfect execution and design system consistency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong business acumen with the ability to align design decisions with broader organizational goals. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Experience: in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers, clients, and the development team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile applications, and marketing materials.
• Present and articulate design concepts and solutions to internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Identify gaps in user insights, motivations, and pain points to strengthen design strategies.
• Propose and conduct user research initiatives, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with both user and business needs.
• Ensure all design outputs are visually compelling, intuitive, and consistent with established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
• Contribute to front-end development efforts (training will be provided).
