About the Role
SALES MERCHANDISER We are looking for a Sales Merchandiser to join our team and play a crucial role in driving sales and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have a background in blue/grey collar jobs industry with a strong understanding of merchandising principles.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize product visibility - Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs and ensure products are tailored to meet those needs - Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities to increase revenue - Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and retailers - Train and mentor junior merchandising staff - Manage promotional activities and ensure they align with company objectives Good to have: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in blue/grey collar jobs industry - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software ##
