About the Role
We're looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) !
Responsibilities
Operations Monitoring • Assist in monitoring warehouse activities including inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound processes • Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and analytical tools to track operational performance • Identify inefficiencies and support improvements in daily operations Data Analytics & Reporting • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights • Prepare reports on KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, turnaround time, and cost efficiency • Enhance reporting frameworks and improve data visibility across teams Issue Resolution & Process Optimization • Identify operational bottlenecks and assist in resolving them • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality • Contribute to Lean and Six Sigma projects for cost reduction and operational excellence Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closely with different teams to improve operational workflows • Communicate insights effectively to support decision-making (*Note: This is a requirement of one of Scoutit's clients) Skills: daily operations,analytics,cost efficiency
