About the Role

Under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme of the Govt. of India, ICICI Prudential AMC is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Apprentice, to support the Learning & Development team in the seamless execution of training programs.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in stakeholder coordination and training operations. 1. Coordinate end-to-end training operations, ensuring smooth execution of learning programs. 2. Schedule training sessions and manage training calendars in coordination with facilitators, business teams, and participants. 3.

Manage participant communication, including training nominations, invitations, reminders, and post-training follow-ups. 4. Track training attendance, assessments, certifications, and completion status. 5. Share timely completion reminders and follow up with participants to ensure adherence to learning timelines. 6.

Maintain training records, MIS reports, and learning data with accuracy. 7. Support administrative activities related to learning programs, including venue coordination, logistics, and documentation. 8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives. 9. Assist in preparing training feedback reports.
