What you will do • Design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems and APIs • Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python • Work with frameworks like Django / FastAPI to power production-grade systems • Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability • Collaborate closely with product, AI, and frontend teams • Debug complex issues and continuously improve system architecture • Contribute to best practices, code quality, and engineering excellence What we are looking for • Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (DSA, OS, DBMS) • Hands-on experience in backend development using Python • Proficiency with Django and/or FastAPI
