Responsibilities
Identify and source qualified candidates for blue and grey collar job roles - Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking and referrals - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and criteria - Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status - Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in the recruitment process - Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes for efficiency and effectiveness Good to have values: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Results-driven with a focus on meeting recruitment targets - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Knowledge of the blue and grey collar job market
