Responsibilities

• Conduct insightful NGO case studies and environmental research (Odisha-focused) to generate meaningful findings. • Analyze CSR campaigns to understand strategies, impact, and effectiveness. • Create engaging content assets including hashtag banks, captions, and high-converting hooks. • Identify and map relevant influencers while developing strong brand pitches for collaborations. • Handle social media management, including engagement, promotion, and growth strategies. • Develop persuasive ad copies and campaign creatives for digital promotions. • Design impactful awareness posters and actively contribute to fundraising initiatives. • Compile and present a final report & professional portfolio showcasing all contributions and learnings.

Requirements

• We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Intern to join our team.
• The selected candidate will support digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, promotions, and engagement initiatives aligned with our cause.

Eligibility

• Students or recent graduates with a passion for marketing and social work. • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. • Basic knowledge of SEO, Canva , or any marketing tools is a plus. • Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
