As a Junior QA Automation Engineer, you will manage the testing strategy, processes, and resources for the Decisions platform.

You will work closely with multiple departments—including Cloud Ops, Developers, Documentation, Professional Services, R&D, Solutions, and Support—to identify core issues and prioritize fixes within tight release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to test the platform effectively across multiple versions and tight timelines. - Conduct both automated and manual testing as part of a global QA team. - Write automated tests using C# along with web automation frameworks like Playwright. - Communicate platform issues and testing results with leadership, developers, and other departments. - Document testing results and create reports for leadership to track release readiness.
