Production tracking: 1. Maintain daily records of garments cut. 2. Maintain daily records of bundles issued. 3. Maintain daily records of pieces stitched. 4. Maintain daily records of pieces sent to finishing. 5. Maintain daily records of packed and dispatched quantities. B. Shopfloor coordination: 1.

Coordinate with cutting, stitching, and finishing teams for production updates. 2. Ensure bundles and styles move correctly between departments. 3. Flag delays or shortages to supervisors. C. Reporting & MIS: 1. Update daily production sheets and Excel trackers. 2. Prepare end-of-day production reports. 3. Track style-wise and size-wise production status. D.

Inventory & material tracking: 1. Monitor fabric issued versus garments produced. 2. Track trims and accessory usage. 3. Report shortages or wastage. E. Quality & process support: 1. Help track rejected or altered pieces. 2. Coordinate with the QC team for production corrections. 3. Ensure proper tagging and bundle management.
