About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Operations Associate Intern to assist the admissions team at Newton School of Technology . You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operational workflows across the admissions and academic ecosystem.
This includes coordinating webinars, managing schedules, tracking retention, and maintaining quality reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong ownership and the ability to handle multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
Job Details
Experience: Prior experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and care. • Prior experience in customer service, operations, or admin roles is a plus. • Comfortable making calls and engaging with students or parents. • Good organizational and time-management skills. Skills & Attributes • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online communication tools. • Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Team player with a customer-centric mindset. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach. • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude. • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
Internship duration: April'26 to Aug’26 (Extension will be based on performance at completion of 3 months along with PPO post 5 months) Working days: 6 days a week (rotational shift based on roasters).
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal teams to send and automate communications. • Assist in scheduling and managing webinar sessions, including tracking Q&A during live sessions. • Maintain and update QC and operational reports while coordinating with relevant stakeholders. • Track and update available slots for the admission funnel on a weekly basis. • Monitor student attendance and organize retention sessions as needed. • Ensure timely follow-up and communication for all assigned operational tasks.
Qualifications
• Current student (Pursuing a degree - final/pre-final) in any discipline. (MBA Preferred)
