The Quantcast People Operations team is looking for a motivated HR professional to support our teams across the employee lifecycle, including, new hire onboarding, responding to employee inquiries, managing the contingent worker process, updating employee data in our HRIS and other people operations projects as needed.

You will support all teams across India and play an important role in our People & Places team. You will be a key member of the HR team and a trusted partner and subject matter expert to our employee population.

You will be responsible for coordinating and hosting our new hire onboarding experience, responding to employee questions and owning essential HR operational functions. You will be an ambassador for Quantcast and an important point of contact for all our team members.
