About the Role

1. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels. 2. Set up campaign configurations, audience segments, communication templates, and targeting criteria to ensure accurate and effective campaign deployment. 3.

Monitor campaign performance and execution, ensuring timely delivery while addressing and resolving operational issues as they arise. 4. Prepare, validate, and manage lead databases prior to campaign launches to ensure data quality and readiness. 5.

Maintain database accuracy by identifying, cleansing, and removing duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records. 6. Segment customer and prospect databases based on campaign goals, geographic regions, lead sources, and business requirements. 7. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports and dashboards. 8.

Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery rates, open rates, engagement levels, response rates, and conversion metrics. 9. Provide actionable insights, performance summaries, and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making and campaign optimization. 10.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales departments, and external platform partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and operational alignment. 11. Assist in troubleshooting campaign-related issues and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. 12.

Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and adherence to campaign schedules, operational standards, and organizational policies.
