Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to generate leads Maintain lead data and Update CRM Records Responsible for dealing with U.S customers Handle customer queries and objections Explain features and benefits clearly
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate Fluent English and excellent communication skills Willingness to work in US shift (night shift in India) Confidence while speaking with customers Basic CRM or call handling knowledge ##
12th Pass - Any - Customer Care Service - Age: 19-32 ## Skills - Telecalling - Blended process - Domestic BPO - International BPO - Non-Voice Process - Voice Process - Non-Voice/Chat Process ##
