Role: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities within the blue grey collar jobs industry - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets - Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for expansion - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to pitch services to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships - Track and report on sales performance and business development activities - Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to remain competitive Good to have values: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to think creatively and strategically - Excellent problem-solving skill ##
