About the Role

in Beauty category team is seeking an analytical, creative, and highly motivated Marketing Manager to strategize, develop, execute marketing strategies.

Traffic & Growth Leadership Own all key traffic drivers for the business lines and serve as the category advocate with central traffic and cross-category marketing (XCM) teams Develop deep expertise across all traffic-driving mechanisms, including onsite marketing, search, social media, performance marketing, while actively optimizing and scaling these channels Strategic Planning & Execution Develop the category's style guidelines, marketing events calendar, promotional strategies, and brand promotion packages Own budget planning for both category promotions (AMPP) and variable marketing initiatives (awareness campaigns, traffic drivers) Drive customer lifecycle management activities, including acquisition and retention to fuel sustainable growth Customer & Data Analytics Analyze customer cohorts and drive targeted initiatives to accelerate growth for priority segments Audit the traffic funnel and deliver weekly/monthly insights on gaps to topline goals, presenting findings to senior leadership both internally and externally Brand Partnerships & Experimentation Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to drive experiments on brand-funded coupons, gamification, and influencer marketing Drive monetization of marketing inventory to scale brand engagement and accelerate partner growth - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Job Details

Experience: using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience: with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience: using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Experience: building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Experience: producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels

Experience: in brand identity and voice development

Experience: creating brand marketing content

Experience: using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
