Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to agricultural equipment, parts, and supplies. This role ensures efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of inventory, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The supervisor will manage a team of warehouse staff, optimize inventory control, and collaborate with other departments to support the company's operational goals within the agricultural equipment sector.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively address discrepancies or shortages, especially for seasonal agricultural parts.
• Implement and enforce proper storage procedures to prevent damage and deterioration of equipment and parts.
• Manage the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of agricultural equipment and parts.
• Forecast and plan for seasonal inventory fluctuations related to planting, harvesting, and other agricultural cycles.
• Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders and internal requests.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, with a focus on agriculture specific machinery.
