About the Role
Job responsibilities: Aggressively work on the bad debts, insolvent clients, defaulters, and fraud cases. Find/trace and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills. Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments Negotiating suitable payment plans.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Verify clients and customers who appear to be potential defaulters.
Requirements
12th Pass - Any - BFSI - Age: 18-50 ## Skills - Collection-Debt Recovery - Customer support - Telecalling - Debt Recovery - Loan Recovery ##
- and Experience: 10TH pass+ 1-2 yrs experience in collection or Calling.
- Fresher can also apply.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be professional, self-motivated, energetic, and have excellent attendance.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must be result-oriented and solution-driven.
- Excellent command on pivot, V-look up, Data Handling and excel formulas.
- Excellent in Bengali and Hindi Language. ##
