  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, treatments, and services.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and update call records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets through telecalling efforts.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
