Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, treatments, and services.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update call records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets through telecalling efforts.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management.
