Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases. - Present offers clearly and convincingly to generate interest. - Invite customers to avail free vouchers and family dinner experiences at the hotel. - Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. - Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize customer engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or pre-sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). - Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
