About the Role

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, social media, and direct meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage. ##
