We are hiring sales development representative (SDR) interns to help build our outbound sales pipeline from the ground up. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who want to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.
Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across ConsultBae's business verticals. 2. Research and build high-quality prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, company websites, and other research tools. 3. Identify buying signals such as funding announcements, leadership hires, expansion plans, and active hiring trends. 4.
Conduct personalized outreach to founders, CXOs, HR leaders, and other decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and other channels. 5. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, outreach activities, and pipeline stages in CRM systems and Google Sheets. 6.
Track daily outreach metrics and prepare weekly reports on lead generation and meeting-booking performance. 7. Collaborate with the leadership team to improve messaging, targeting strategies, and prospecting processes. Performance Goal: 1.
Book qualified meetings with potential clients for the leadership team through outbound prospecting and relationship-building efforts. 2. This is a pure outbound sales role with no inbound lead flow.
