About the Role

About the internship: Work timing: 1. First 3 Months 2. Working Hours: 11: 00 AM to 06: 00 PM 3. Post-Training Period 4. Working Hours: 10: 00 AM to 06: 30 PM About the role: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to build a career in Cloud Sales and Business Development.

This internship program is designed to provide hands-on training, practical exposure, and real-world experience in cloud technologies and enterprise sales. The internship will focus on AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions. Internship structure: 1. Phase 1 - Training & Practice Period (First 3 Months) 2.

Intensive training on Cloud technologies and sales processes 3. Practice sessions on lead generation, client communication, and business development 4. Performance monitoring and mentoring by senior professionals 5. This training period will be unpaid Monthly stipend: INR 6,000 6. Incentives may be provided on successful onboarding/conversion of clients 7.

Phase 2 - Paid Internship (Next 3 Months) 8. Based on performance during the training phase, selected interns will continue as paid interns 9. Monthly stipend: INR 10,000 10. Direct involvement in client handling, sales coordination, and revenue generation activities 11.

Additional incentives may be provided based on successful client onboarding and performance Permanent employment opportunity: 1. After successful completion of the internship: 2. Candidates demonstrating good performance may be offered a permanent position 3. Initial salary after confirmation: INR 12,000 per month 4.

Salary revision to INR 15,000 per month after 3 months based on performance review Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Generate leads through various online and offline channels 2. Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements 3. Promote Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions 4.

Assist in preparing proposals and quotations 5. Maintain client relationships and follow-ups 6. Coordinate with technical and operations teams 7.
