About the Role

What we need you to contribute to Ensono: - Design, build, and support ServiceNow‑centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer - Develop and operate AWS‑based serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB) that support ServiceNow workflows - Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS, including API failures, data issues, and asynchronous processing problems - Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes, incidents, and technical requirements - Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement of the team’s integration platform - Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration workflows, data mappings, and operational runbooks Skills & Behaviors that are reliable indications that you can contribute: - Hands‑on experience building ServiceNow integrations using: - - REST APIs (inbound and outbound) - IntegrationHub and Flow Designer - Scripted logic and custom actions - Strong understanding of web services and integration patterns, including REST‑based authentication and error handling - Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch - Proficiency with Node.js for serverless and integration development

Job Details

Experience: diagnosing and troubleshooting integration issues in production environments - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
