About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully completing construction projects within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. Manage project budgets and control costs.
Review and approve project plans, drawings, and technical documents. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. Track material procurement and resource allocation. Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
Resolve project issues and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Monitor contractor and vendor performance. Ensure client satisfaction through successful project delivery. ##
