About us: We are B2B Travel Tech startup that is reshaping the way travel agents sell and deliver exceptional travel experiences worldwide. We enable travel agents to book flights, hotels & holidays conveniently and we provide comprehensive end-to-end on-ground travel services. We do over INR 1000 crore+ GMV (sales) and are growing rapidly.
Our strong business model and focus on delivering excellent customer experience has facilitated our sustainable growth funded by internal cashflows. 5mn+ funds from marquee global investors! Profile Overview: Human Resources at Travclan is a key role which focuses on attracting the best talent, retaining it & planning out engagement activities.
The team is a bunch of enthusiasts who actively participate in every activity taking place in the organization along with hiring some of the brightest minds of all time. 25000 per month. After each month based on your performance your stipend will gradually increase.
The Increase will happen as follows - MonthStipend Amount (INR)125000225000325000430000530000630000 Certificate on successful completion of internship. 4 LPA.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.Schedule interviews, manage interview logistics, and coordinate with hiring managers.Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups.Manage job postings across various job portals and social media platforms.Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience.Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of hiring and HR processes.Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and improving efficiency.Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Group Discussion & Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test, followed by 20-30 minute group discussion round.

- Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews.
- Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.

- Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate.

- Additional Details: Office Location- Connaught Place, DelhiWork Timings - Building anything of value takes time.
- The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment.
