Build the Infrastructure Layer for AI-Native Software Specmatic is looking for ambitious, curious, and forward-thinking Full Stack AI Engineering Interns / Trainees to join our core engineering team. We believe the future of software development will be driven by AI agents.

(Earn a certificate after completion) Build: Integrate Specmatic into an existing personal, academic, or side project.

Your goal is to eliminate integration uncertainty by creating executable contracts that can guide both humans and AI coding agents. Showcase: Demonstrate your implementation by either: Recording a short 5–10 minute technical walkthrough video, OR Writing a technical blog post explaining your approach, architecture, and learnings.

io What You’ll Work On As part of the Specmatic engineering team, you will help build cutting-edge tooling for AI-native software development, including: AI-assisted API development workflows Executable contract systems for coding agents API testing, mocking, and resiliency tooling Developer experience (DevEx) platforms Full-stack product engineering Distributed systems and integration tooling You will work closely with engineers, architects, and open-source contributors solving real-world API and AI engineering challenges at scale.
