Civil Site Engineer

About the Role

Aapka main kaam alag-alag sites par visit karna, wahan structural aur architectural drawings ke hisab se layout mark karna, aur contractor/labour team ko kaam ka tarika sahi se samjhana hoga. Yeh ek on-field aur dynamic role hai jahan aapko office se zyada site par rehkar kaam karna hoga.

Job Details

Experience: 1 se 3 saal ka site execution aur layout marking ka practical experience. (Freshers jo bohot active hain aur jinhe AutoCAD ki achhi samajh hai, wo bhi apply kar sakte hain). Software Skills: AutoCAD ki achhi knowledge honi chahiye taaki structural plans ko aasani se read aur modify kar sakein. Communication: Local bhasha me contractors aur labours se baat karne aur unhe samjhane ki behtareen capability. Vehicle: Apna khud ka 2-wheeler (bike/scooter) aur valid Driving License hona zaroori hai, kyunki daily site visits karni hongi. Job

Responsibilities

• (Zimmedariyan): Site Visits & Survey: Nayi aur chal rahi sites par regular visits karna aur wahan ki physical conditions ko assess karna.
• Layout Marking: AutoCAD drawings ke mutabik zameen par exact layout (marking/demarcation) karwana.
• On-Site Explanation: Site par contractors, supervisors, aur mistris ko layout design aur structural details aasan bhasha me samjhana.
• Material & Steel Estimation: Site ke hisab se steel reinforcement (Bar Bending Schedule) aur baaki structural materials ka accurate estimation nikalna.
• Quality & Safety Control: Yeh ensure karna ki site par kaam drawings aur structural safety ke standards ke hisab se hi ho raha ho.
• Reporting: Rozana ya haftwar (weekly) site progress ki report branch manager/management ko submit karna.
