Manage and grow relationships with individual and business banking customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products Cross-sell loans, credit cards, deposits, and investment products Assist customers with account opening, transactions, and problem resolution Achieve sales and service targets set by the bank Monitor customer portfolios and follow up for renewals or upgrades Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
