About the Role
Roles &
Responsibilities
- 1.
- Sales Generation: - Prospect and identify potential clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and industry research. - Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- 2.
- Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong and positive customer relationships. - Understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our printing and IT services. - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- 3.
- Market Research and Analysis: - Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. - Analyse market data to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- 4.
- Quotation and Proposal Preparation: - Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
- 5.
- Sales Reporting: - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related opportunities in our CRM system. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Job Requirement 1.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline 2.
