The team focuses on building sustainable growth by identifying whitespace opportunities, launching and scaling new initiatives, and continuously optimizing the funnel through data-driven decisions.

We are looking for a Growth Associate – Performance Marketing to join our User Growth team. In this role, you will own and scale paid acquisition across key channels such as Google and Meta. You will be responsible for driving high-quality user growth, optimizing CAC, and ensuring efficient budget deployment.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experimentation-led thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
