Experience: in Real Estate companies will be highly preferred Leading Real Estate Developer 5 days, Monday - Friday East Our client, a rapidly growing real estate developer and investor , manages a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial assets globally. They are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy, reporting, and performance for their expanding industrial property portfolio . RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting , including consolidated accounts, management reports, and variance analysis Prepare statutory financial statements, accounting papers, and public disclosures in compliance with SGX and MAS regulations Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning , providing insights at portfolio and REIT levels Conduct financial analysis of revenue, expenses, cash flows, capital expenditure, and asset performance to support strategic decisions Manage tax compliance , regulatory reporting, Interested Party Transactions, and trustee obligations Advise on treasury, cash flow, working capital, and debt financing to ensure optimal liquidity and capital management Collaborate with asset management, operations, and shared services teams to enhance financial performance and reporting efficiency Strengthen internal controls, governance, and accounting processes , while driving process improvements and digitalization initiatives Lead and mentor finance teams , presenting financial insights to senior leadership, trustees, lenders, and stakeholders REQUIREMENTS : Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting , including consolidated accounts, management reports, and variance analysis Prepare statutory financial statements, accounting papers, and public disclosures in compliance with SGX and MAS regulations Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning , providing insights at portfolio and REIT levels Conduct financial analysis of revenue, expenses, cash flows, capital expenditure, and asset performance to support strategic decisions Manage tax compliance , regulatory reporting, Interested Party Transactions, and trustee obligations Advise on treasury, cash flow, working capital, and debt financing to ensure optimal liquidity and capital management Collaborate with asset management, operations, and shared services teams to enhance financial performance and reporting efficiency Strengthen internal controls, governance, and accounting processes , while driving process improvements and digitalization initiatives Lead and mentor finance teams , presenting financial insights to senior leadership, trustees, lenders, and stakeholders OTHER INFORMATION: Location: East Working days: 5 days Salary: Up to S$12,000 + AWS + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications) The Company strives to achieve employee satisfaction and provides conducive working environment, attractive incentives and remuneration to all staff.
