Responsibilities

Handle quantity surveying functions including cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract administration Manage vendor sourcing and coordinate with procurement teams on technical and commercial requirements Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow projections, variation orders (VO), and final accounts Conduct price comparison, cost analysis, and value engineering exercises Liaise with consultants, external QS consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution Review and evaluate claims, cost reports, and payment certifications Attend project progress, technical, and cost meetings Prepare service agreements, cost reports, and actual cost vs budget analysis Job
