Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit 3.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates 4.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using MS-Excel 5.
• Assist with creating job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms 6.
• Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs 7.
