Conceptual understanding of Design Quality Management in EEE area of functions in R&D Function. Lead & Participate in CFT Interactions with Internal & External Teams such as Designers, Integrators, Testing, Purchase, Process, Plant QA, CQA, Warranty, Service & Suppliers Prepare, update & Maintain Quality Management Dash board for Reviews.

to , AIAG based 4th or VDA method DFMEA s, DVP tests, Issues tracking, monitoring & closures of Design Guidelines, DRBFM analysis & Closures. Proficiency in QC tools such as 7QC stories, why-why analysis, Effective Problem solving, FTA, 8D reports, 6W-2H etc..

Must have Creative thinking ability, Analytical & Statistical Skills Must know Root cause analysis process for Design/Process quality issues using QC tools and countermeasure actions such as Interim & Permanent Corrective Actions Ability to present and articulate Precise Problem Statement with Cause & Effect QC stories Participate in Design reviews, FMEA (system / design), Track & Closure actions for Open Points Knowledge on continuous system learning tools like Design Guidelines, Kaizen, etc.

Ensure horizontal deployment of countermeasures / Design principles / learning across products/Models 7 Competency
