Roles and

Responsibilities

• Plant Operation & Monitoring Operate and maintain Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) systems.
• Monitor and control treatment processes to ensure compliance with pollution control board norms and quality standards.
• Regularly check inlet and outlet water quality through sampling and basic testing (pH, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, etc.).
• Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily operation logs, chemical consumption records, and equipment performance reports.
• Record observations and report abnormalities to the site in-charge or engineer.
• Maintenance & Equipment Handling Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment repair.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and dosing of treatment chemicals as per SOPs.
• Sludge & Waste Management Manage sludge dewatering and disposal according to environmental and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire plant area.
• Safety & Compliance Comply with safety protocols, PPE usage, and company EHS policies.
• Support process optimization and ensure operational safety at all times. ##
