Job Description
About the Role
1. Manage, plan, and strategize the company’s digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other online platforms 2. Create and execute high-quality content including reels, videos, captions, carousels, blogs, and promotional creatives 3.
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand growth 4. Build and manage Google Business Profile while executing Local SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO activities 5.
Collaborate closely with doctors, founders, and internal teams to create educational, awareness, promotional, and thought-leadership content 6. Track and analyze website, SEO, social media, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Planner 7.
Manage website setup, updates, and optimization using WordPress and basic HTML knowledge 8. Research competitors, market trends, customer personas, and buying behavior to develop effective marketing strategies and growth plans 9. Run and manage email marketing, WhatsApp Business, SMS, and other promotional campaigns 10.
Maintain customer databases and connect with prospective clients for lead generation and sales support 11. Coordinate with agencies and external vendors to ensure campaign deliverables and performance targets are achieved 12.
Plan and organize educational and promotional events with doctors, staff, and corporate offices for brand awareness and business growth
