Responsibilities

Include • Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the team environment. • Coordinate internal communication to keep information clear and accessible. • Assist new hires in onboarding and help them settle into the team. • Identify and resolve operational or team-related issues before they escalate. • Organize information and maintain clarity across workflows and processes. • Handle practical day-to-day tasks that enable team productivity. • Facilitate conversations and follow-ups to ensure alignment across teams. • Maintain a stable and efficient work environment without adding unnecessary complexity.
