About the Role
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organizations staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications Post job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media platforms Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person) Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Perform background and reference checks Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Required Skills &

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (03 years for entry-level; more for senior roles) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring platforms Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ##
