mega campaigns, flash sales) to drive traffic and conversions Work closely with platform account managers to maximise visibility and sales performance Ensure online store content is accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guideline Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on inventory, inbound shipments, and stock planning Liaise with 3PL providers and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment Monitor order flow and resolve issues related to shipping delays, returns, and cancellations Handle invoice verification, cost tracking, and operational documentation Track and analyse sales performance, campaign results, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities Generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimise pricing, improve conversion rates, and drive overall sales growth Any other duties as assigned

Job Details

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms is a must Familiarity with Shopify or other CMS platforms
