About the Role
Role Summary: As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
You will receive structured training across both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, enabling you to build a successful career in the QSR industry. Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House (FOH) Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude. Take customer orders accurately and process billing.
Serve food and beverages as per brand standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service counters. Resolve basic customer queries and ensure guest satisfaction. Back of House (BOH) Prepare ingredients, including cutting and portioning vegetables and other food items. Cook and assemble food products according to standard recipes and SOPs.
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards. Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and inventory handling. Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times. General
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, equipment, and workstations.
- Adhere to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets.
- Support stock receiving, storage, and inventory management.
- Attend all training sessions and continuously improve product and operational knowledge.
- Ensure timely opening and closing activities of the restaurant.
- Eligibility10th, 12th Pass, Diploma, ITI, or Hotel Management graduates are welcome.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior QSR or hospitality experience is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
