About the Role
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach strategies Support the development and execution of business growth strategies aligned with organisational objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive long-term business success Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to support client acquisition and retention efforts Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless business development execution Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth Track and report on business development performance metrics and pipeline progress for management review Represent the organisation at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings with confidence and professionalism
