We are looking for a Sales Liaison Officer to support the Sales team by working closely with internal and external customers to ensure sales-related matters are followed up properly.
As a Sales Liaison Officer, you will support sales-related activities such as order, delivery, quality, and sample matters through active communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will also help to maintain proper records and paper trail for sales-related activities, while working closely with the team to achieve team KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities
- Relationship Management - Build strong relationship with internal & external customer to ensure key deliverables are met consistently through frequent communication & follow up.
- Sales Support - Assist & support sales person on order, delivery, quality & sample related activities through active communication with internal & external stakeholders.
- Record Management & Traceability - Maintain & implement good paper trail on all sales related activities.
- Team work - Work as a team in achieving team KPI/ Targets.
- What You'll Need to Succeed 2 years experience in sales coordination, client relations, or a liaison-type role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge on import/ export and shipping requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating with various levels of management.
