About the Role
A. Managing the founder's schedule and assistance: 1. Coordinate and manage the founder’s inbox and calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 2. Prioritise and schedule meetings, ensuring efficient use of the Founder’s time. 3.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities. B. Communication and correspondence management: 1. Prioritise and schedule meetings, ensuring efficient use of the founder’s time. 2. Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the Founder. 3.
Draft necessary communication for emails, meetings, seminars, etc. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed. C. Travel coordination, logistics, and office management: 1. Organise domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. D. Meeting coordination: 1.
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as directed by the founder. 2. Coordinate logistics for meetings and other executive-level gatherings. E. Information and data management: 1. Gather, compile, and analyze data for reports and presentations. 2.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target market segments, customer preferences, and emerging trends. 3. Maintain confidential files and documents, exercising discretion and confidentiality.
