About the Role
We are building multiple brands simultaneously; a hostel in Kharghar, and a community platform for students and a B2B Real Estate brand. We need people who want to own the creative output across brands & take ownership. This is not a "post three times a week" role.
This is a build-from-scratch role where your ideas become the strategy, your voice becomes the identity, and your content becomes the reason clients show up.
What the role actually looks like: Once you become aware of the mission statement and take ownership, you will have creative liberty to own brand strategy since we believe in supporting & guiding than controlling and restricting.
Some days you're writing a Reel script, some days you're figuring out why a post isn't performing and rebuilding the approach entirely. You'll work across Adobe Suite, Canva, Premier Pro, Reels, static posts & stories; sometimes all in the same week. You're the right person if: You have a folder on your phone full of ideas you haven't posted yet.
You've redesigned a brand in your head while scrolling past it. You think in content, not tasks and have experimented with UGC posting or content creation, trying to go viral. You want a portfolio that actually shows range, real brands, real audiences, real impact; not just spec work.
A degree in design, media, or marketing is a good background but your portfolio will tell us more than your certificate ever will.
