Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• include coordinating with internal teams, helping document workflows, preparing reports and summaries of operational findings, and supporting basic project management tasks.
• The intern will also assist with communication between operations, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and continuous improvement of restaurant intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Effective communication skills for clear, professional interaction with internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of operations management and interest in process optimization.
• Foundational project management skills, including organizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Interest or exposure to sales processes and customer-facing operations is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for data handling and reporting.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane and collaborate in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
