Position : Customer Service x3 Working Days: 5 days Working Timing: Weekdays 10am - 8pm / Weekends 10am - 5pm / Public holidays 12pm-5pm Working Location: Jurong East || Yishun || Tampines || Hougang Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 Requirement At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales Job
Responsibilities
- Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required Acquire and manage portfolio of customers Gather customers documents and onboarding procedures Enhance relationships with customers to customise loan product solutions Manage credit and operational risks proactively Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers needs and objectives Interpret customers needs, risk and financial objectives Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers objectives Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the organisation by driving customer satisfaction Comply with internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines Implement service and quality standards of processing of day-to-day transactions of credit servicing activities Interested applicants kindly submit your resume through here or Whatsapp +65 9019 3218 (Joevy), and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.
